Europe 's index rose marginally to 120.7 from 120.2 in Q2, reinforcing the view that the region has entered a sustained high-cost plateau rather than a renewed inflationary phase. Although still below the Q4 2024 peak, costs remain structurally elevated, underpinned by labour intensity, energy pricing, and regulatory friction. The data suggests limited downside risk, but equally little momentum for further material increases in the near term.Download the Ti Warehousing Tracker Q3 2025 for free here. This data is available to GSCi subscribers.
